Merry Chirstmas and Happy New Year from David, Lucia and Winnie!
So I finally did it. I started going to yoga like the rest of the world. I secretly wanted to hate it because everyone and their mother is doing yoga these days. (Do only old people say “these days”? Why do I worry about these things?) Anyway, you know what? I love it! All those people who were like “yoga is so great” weren’t lying. It really seems to be pretty great. I think it may do wonders for my back and posture. Who knew?! Yoga.

I have started a blog. Can’t expect the most clever post and titles but I am going to give this thing a whirl. Thanks to the Robert C. Keller at Horizontal Ambition for all the help! Love you Dad.
